FAQ
Who can join an LC?
The LC is for men ages 25 and up who are entrepreneurs, business owners or business leaders. The LC is not a retreat. Most of our time is spent outdoors. Make sure you can walk for several hours without passing out. You will not have your phone or watch. Teams walk considerable distances carrying a light day pack.
What do I need to bring?
We have a very specific pack list for you to follow. You are allowed to ONLY bring what is on the pack list. Pack list is sent after registration.
How much does it cost?
$3,100 (USD) per man
This cost includes all activities, food, drinks, accommodation, and ground transportation after arriving in the check-in location (International Airport).
Price does not include fights to and from check-in location.
Deposit
A $1750 (USD) deposit is required at registration. Then the remaining balance payment of $1,350 (USD) must be paid by February 28, 2020.
What is your cancellation policy?
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT POLICY FOR EVENTS
If full payment is not received 45 days prior to event, registrants spot is no longer secured and can at 4M’s discretion be given to a full paying registrant. Once full payment is received, registrants spot is secured. By registering for the LC, you are assuming financial responsibility for the trip and are authorizing 4M to secure third party outfitters, purchase food, supplies and equipment needed for the event on your behalf.
REFUND & PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to logistics and payments to third parties, all payments for a LC event are non-refundable if participant cancels less than 45 days prior to the event. The payments may be used for another participant for the same LC and the same dates with no penalty. If a participant cancels 45 days or more from the event start date, they may choose to receive a refund of 80% of total amount paid minus the $250 deposit. The $250 deposit is non refundable.
LC CANCELLATION
If 4M must cancel an event for any reason, all registrants will receive a full refund of fees. Participants can also transfer their funds to a future LC. 4M or any of its event partners are not and will not be held responsible for the reimbursement of costs incurred due to travel expenses for the event (for example: cancellation/flight change fees or rental fees for traveling to or from the event.)
